So far in 2013 there have been 3 Copper One Lodge sales.  A studio with 510 square feet sold in April for $227,500 at $446/square foot.  In January a 562 square foot 1-bedroom sold for $260,000 at $462/square foot.  A top floor 2-bedroom sold in January as well for $393,000 at $454/square foot.  These three sales in Copper One Lodge sold on average at 95.2% of the list price.  The average sales price per square foot in 2012 was $427 with one sale while the average so far in 2013 is $454/square foot.  It appears the Copper Mountain Real Estate market is recovering with more sales and prices are starting to show signs of improving as well.
