Meet Our Team - Christie’s International Real Estate

Krystal (Knott) Rudolph

Krystal (Knott) Rudolph is a dynamic and highly skilled Summit County real estate expert who believes in putting clients first. For over 16 years she has helped countless people find their place in the mountains, whether it be a ski-in ski-out condo, luxury home near the golf course, or an in-town Victorian.

“I love meeting new people and helping them find their dream home or rental property so they can make memories to last a lifetime in their very own mountain getaway,” says Krystal.

And it’s this strong client commitment and high attention to detail that continue to set her apart. From keeping her clients engaged and informed to her timely correspondence and ability to make every client feel like family, Krystal has earned a reputation for outstanding service with a personal touch.

In fact, she picked up a few tricks of the trade from her parents who moved the family to Breckenridge when she was just seven years old to open up a brokerage of their own – a widely successful real estate firm that would later operate under the Sotheby’s International Realty helm. This firsthand knowledge of both the real estate industry and Summit County provide Krystal’s buyers and sellers a distinct advantage in the marketplace.

“Part of being a great real estate broker is being in-the-know, understanding the market, and having a strong knowledge of the lifestyle,” she says. “From festivals and events, to restaurants, schools, and activities, I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level. I want to know their likes and dislikes right away so I can find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood to suit their needs and lifestyle.”

This unique approach has resulted in her participation in over 300 transactions –  230+ purchases and 100+ sales totaling over $230 million in volume and counting. However to Krystal, real estate is more than numbers. It’s about relationships and her proven expertise continues to attract a loyal following of repeat and referral clientele.

When she is not showing homes or facilitating a seamless sale, Krystal can be found on the mountain, skiing, paddle-boarding, and spending time with family and friends. She lives happily in Frisco where she can walk to Main Street and keep her finger on the pulse of all things local. Krystal also believes in giving back and supports a number of organizations including the Summit Foundation, Heart and Hand, Family Intercultural Resource Center, and National Repertory Orchestra.

If you are looking for a dedicated broker who will not only put your needs first but will work hard to exceed your every expectation, give Krystal a call. She and her unmatched team of professionals are eager to show you that there is no better choice in Summit County to buy or sell your home

Brett Rudolph

Brett Rudolph offers more to his clients than guided home tours and swift property sales. He is a skilled professional with a passion for results. And his proven expertise in agriculture and finance allow him to exceed every expectation his clients set forth.

“With my investment background and knowledge of economic trends and indicators, I provide a different talk track that appeals to sophisticated buyers and sellers,” says Brett. “Additionally, our team is full service. We work with many out of state buyers and pride ourselves on taking the leg work out of the process by hiring and working with trusted contractors, attending inspections, and making the entire experience seamless.”

Coupled with his reputation for going the extra mile, Brett holds a position on one of the most sought-after real estate teams in Summit County, led by longtime real estate expert, Krystal Knott. Brett is proud to call Colorado home, but he got his start in Nebraska, working in diversified agricultural operations and raising cattle, corn, soybeans, and hay. This gives him a distinct advantage when advising clients on ranch operations in Colorado.

Originally born and raised in the Cornhusker State, Brett earned a degree in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Banking and Finance from the University of Nebraska. Right out of college, he accepted a role as an Agricultural and Commercial lender, further adding to his knowledge of mortgage lending. Later, he became Vice President of a bank and personally managed a portfolio spanning $50 million in loans. After moving to Dillon, Colorado to work as an investment advisor for Edward Jones, Brett grew his book of business to $27 million in assets, then set his sights on a career where every facet of his skillset could be used.

Today, Brett’s stellar track record and personalized approach make him a highly valued partner for those looking to buy, sell, or invest in Summit County. He currently lives in Frisco, just two blocks off of historic Main Street, and prizes its walkability to town for happy hour, dinner, or live concerts in the park. When he is not securing deals, Brett can be found embracing the Summit County lifestyle, from mountain biking, back country skiing, and hiking, to backpacking, paddle boarding, and hunting with his six-year-old yellow lab.

If you are considering a move, contact Brett. He would be more than happy to discuss what today’s market conditions mean for you and locate your perfect Summit County home.
