Krystal (Knott) Rudolph is a dynamic and highly skilled Summit County real estate expert who believes in putting clients first. For over 16 years she has helped countless people find their place in the mountains, whether it be a ski-in ski-out condo, luxury home near the golf course, or an in-town Victorian.

In fact, she picked up a few tricks of the trade from her parents who moved the family to Breckenridge when she was just seven years old to open up a brokerage of their own – a widely successful real estate firm that would later operate under the Sotheby’s International Realty helm. This firsthand knowledge of both the real estate industry and Summit County provide Krystal’s buyers and sellers a distinct advantage in the marketplace.

“Part of being a great real estate broker is being in-the-know, understanding the market, and having a strong knowledge of the lifestyle,” she says. “From festivals and events, to restaurants, schools, and activities, I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level. I want to know their likes and dislikes right away so I can find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood to suit their needs and lifestyle.”

When she is not showing homes or facilitating a seamless sale, Krystal can be found on the mountain, skiing, paddle-boarding, and spending time with family and friends. She lives happily in Frisco where she can walk to Main Street and keep her finger on the pulse of all things local. Krystal also believes in giving back and supports a number of organizations including the Summit Foundation, Heart and Hand, Family Intercultural Resource Center, and National Repertory Orchestra.
