Blue River Flats Phase II
Blue River Flats Phase II preliminary site plans were approved by the town of Silverthorne in February of 2022. The development will be situated on highway 9 and adjacent to the Blue River. The design and materials of Blue River Flats Phase 2 will be consistent with the first phase of Blue River Flats.
Phase II is the final phase of the project. Phase II will have 30 one, two, and three bedroom condos as well as 28 private garages. Current pricing starts at $740,000. Phase II is expected to break ground in 2022.
Phase 2 Discount Offered
Blue River Flats Phase II is offering a $50 per square foot discount for the first 10 pre-sale contracts.
Currently, there are two 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos and one 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo for sale:
- The first 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos features 866 square feet. Offered at $801,050 or $757,750 with the discount.
- The first 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos features 1073 square feet. Offered at $1,126,700 or $1,073,054 with the discount.
- The two bedroom, two bathroom listing features 1,154 square feet and is listed for $1,154,000 or $1,096,300 after the pre-sale discount.
There has only been one pre-sale contract that has received the discount so far. Be one of the next nine contract to receive the $50 per square foot discount.
Blue River Flats Phase 1
Blue River Flats are newly constructed condominiums that are situated right on the Blue River in Silverthorne, Colorado. The condo complex consists of 46 units ranging from 785 square feet to 1,830 square feet. The breakdown of condos is as follows:
